How to control our Anger

We all have faced anger issues. We live in a world full of surprises, some make us happy and some make us upset. Well, unluckily the later are more in number.

Anger is a feeling when your mind can not control someone or something, you try to show that you can control it with your words or physique or behaviour. Showing your emotions might sometimes ruin your moment with someone.
Some people (including me too) search some things on google like 
" How to control anger?"
" How can I be more Polite to someone?"
" How can I control my emotions?"
" How to stop overreacting?"

Let's have a look at things that I think may help you in above and similar questions.

Anger 

Anger represents a personality, it may be temporary or permanant. Anger helps you to keep yourself in a shell when you have an emotional blast. Anger helps your body to destress and loosen up.

Know your anger

Anger is a feeling which we get only in specific conditions and time. Sometimes anger expression has numerous reasons, but mostly it has specific reasons.
One can be angry only when someone breaks his heart, one can be angry when someone forgets his promises, one can be angry when someone is always late in something, etc.
         You must find that reason which makes you angry. It is the first step to control your anger.

Know what you want

Most of the time we wish something or someone to work in a particular way. When it doesn't happen that way, we outburst ourself. We should understand the reasons rather than expressing our anger those times.
          We should know what we want. If we expect the particular individual to act as we want, we should advise him or suggest him. If we want to just do our work, we should ask the reason for the misbehaviour and suggest or request him to do his work properly.
                        But in most of the cases of anger, we just throw our hard words on him or behave rudely with him. That's what makes us feel guilty later.

Don't take decisions

If you are angry with someone for viable reasons, you should not decide anything in that particular period. Let your mind calm down, let your mind feel the importance of everything about you, let your mind be reasonable for its decisions.

Don't be harsh & handle it with care

Everything has reasons to be considered. If you are angry, you tend to do some things or say some things that can hurt the person. You can't depend entirely on your emotions for your mood and others' feelings.
Let it be any level of your anger, let it be any extreme condition of your anger, you should stay cool and act normal instead of just hurting person by person.

Calm yourself

You have to find any way to make your mind cool and calm. You can paint, sing, play music, gym or watch anything to make yourself normal and peaceful. As I said in my recent blog Self doubt: student emotion that you can draw some paintings like mandala art to make your mind calm and generous.

Care for others

You must care about the feelings of others. Every reason is either to be told or to be understood. If someone doesn't tell us the reasons then we should understand them by us. Present your feelings in a descent manner and try to be more polite while talking.How
                Just think as the person standing in front of you,  how would it feel if someone uses the same harsh words on you, like you are now going to use on him. You will understand how to talk with him then. Just try to be generous while talking by just forgiving him.
He can be hurt very deeply by your actions if you cannot control the feelings.

Forget and Forgive

At last, I will suggest you to forget what happened and imagine the unexpected worst things that may happen if you explode your anger on someone.
Forgive him and just advise or suggest him not to repeat the mistakes.
This will be the proper way to attract people around you, control your feelings and become a favourite person in someone's life.
