Lack of confidence in Students

" I can't do it "
" I took the wrong decision for doing this "
" I am worthless "
" I can't succeed in my life "
" Everyone is better than me "
" I can't do anything bigger in my life "

These are the common emotional questions of students as well as many adults. A study showed that 4 out of every 10 students are facing depressions and self-doubts.
Students are ending their life just because they "sensed" their future existence way before experiencing it.

Today I will tell you some facts and some solutions for such illnesses. I experienced many emotional dilemmas until a few months back since I started preparing for a competitive exam  NEET.
I will not suggest you things like try reading motivational books, take tranquillizers like diazepam and antidepressants like citalopram, etc. I will suggest the real and benefiting facts and personal care that you should take that I have taken and got complete relief.

Be a child

Just take a deep breath and just live the current moment always. Don't panic for what is happening around you, just care for the goods.
Have a complete sleep, smile, laugh, play and eat.
This is the first step of healing any kind of mental illness.

Be Consistent with goods

Start living a daily schedule for a few days. Wake up early around 6:30 am or 7 am. Have a shower and a light breakfast like corn flakes, oats, tea and

biscuits, etc. Always start your day with some sweet breakfast.
Go for a walk after breakfast or you can go for bicycling even. Morning air is fresh due to fewer vehicles. Make a favourite location for relaxing every day during walking/bicycling. Take a rest at that location for a few minutes like 20-30 minutes every day while walking. Always choose a descent, less crowded, close to nature, sunrise facing location. Always sleep at least 7 hours before you wake up. You must follow this relaxing lifestyle for 20-30 days.

Start a hobby

After a long walk or bicycling, relax with your eyes closed and start counting from 1 to 100.
Open your eyes and start doing your favourite thing. Mine is playing the tabla and watching a cartoon especially shinchan and Doraemon.
You can start reading a small novel or any book you like ( No motivational books and Study books for sure ). Don't choose motivational books to read as they concentrate your mind more on your problems with temporary motivations.
Start painting! For good artists, I will suggest starting mandala art. It ultimately helps the mind to be more active and boosts your creative mind.

Be supportive and chilled

Cool your mind and always take decisions by the brain. Your brain realizes the negative outcomes of your reactions to others. Never take decisions and never express your emotions when you are in no mood. Best way to be happy is to see others happy, especially our family members. So always cherish them, talk with them, laugh with them and more importantly, never turn anyone down at all. Don't let your feelings affect your mood and others' happiness.

Stop Overthinking

No one knows about his/her future. Stop wasting your current time in thinking about the future.
My parents always use a sentence " we even don't know if something unexpected will happen in your life and you will become someone who you never even ever imagined "
I understood this sentence very much, this one sentence stops me overthinking about my future. Why wasting our present when our future is yet to arrive?
There was a beautiful dialogue in kung-fu Panda cartoon

That is why I said in my earlier blog Puberty vs Cartoons that even cartoons give a lot of knowledge that even doctors can't give.
Stop thinking about the future and even the past, everything happens for a reason. If we keep on walking, we will reach our paradise, if not, we will end up cursing ourself for our past.

Be a conversation buddy

Make your every day full of fun, laughs and learning. You learn 10% from yourself and 90% from others. Talk with everyone, be a talking buddy and share your understanding with others.
We learn that many people are doing very much promising even though they are relatively extra close to getting some kind of mental problems in early ages. Why? Because they don't think about problems, they just live the moment freely. Talk with your parents, grandparents, teachers and elders. Express your 'true you' to them and learn their experiences and use those experiences in your life.
Our parents and grandparents are usually the ones who talk with literally everyone. They don't enjoy watching youtube videos and searching google about depression. They have a habit of talking. That is why they are less concerned about problems but more about present happiness.

Do your Best

No matter what path have you chosen, no matter what journey you are going on, no matter how intelligent or dumb you are, no matter who you are, if you choose to do your best in everything you are doing, you are going to be successful.

Never feel like you are useless, never feel like you are no good, never underestimate yourself.
Always consider yourself as the best and also do your best in everything.
Every speed breaker slows down the vehicle, but if you keep on driving, you will cross it. Those who stop, never cross the speed breaker.

Life is extremely wonderful, you just have to understand how to live.
