Bread Gulab Jamun
Ingredients
Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
250 ml of water
4 Green Cardamom (crushed)
Oil
Process
Trim off the sides of bread. Add bread pieces to a grinder. Make a fine powder and pour milk occasionally, until a soft dough is made.
Now on a hot pan, add sugar and water, and mix it. In this, add 4 crushed Green Cardamom, and allow it to boil. We are making a sugar syrup.
Now take the dough, and make round balls without cracks. Deep fry them until they become golden brown. Flip them occasionally.
Now soak these fried balls in the hot sugar syrup which we made.
Your tasty gulab jamun is ready.
