 Due to low fat content, cheap cost, unique addictive taste and easy to digest features, chicken dishes are among the top most favourite dishes. Let us try some of the best chicken dishes that can be made at hotels as well as at home. If you know the basics of how to cook, you can easily make these dishes by yourself.

Tawa Chicken Wings

Ingredients

chicken wings 12 to 15
Flour  1 cup   ;  Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt    1 tsp   ;  Pepper  1 tsp
Paprica 1 tsp ; Garlic paste 1 tsp
Butter 2 tsp  ;  Ginger paste 1 tsp
Tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilly sauce

Processs

Add oil, pepper, chilli powder, paprica and garlic paste, add 200 ml water and make a marination in a bowl. Marinate the wings with the marination for 20 to 25 mins.
Shallow fry or grill the marinated chicken wings with oil, ginger paste, soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce. Saute well until chicken becomes golden brown.
Your 'Tawa chicken wings' is ready.

Chicken peri peri

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg, 8 pieces, fine cuts for marination.
100 ml oil ; Garlic cloves 8 to 10
5 fresh ripe red chillies ; Bay leaves 3
Salt ; 1 tsp Paprica ; 1 lemon juice
Coriander or parsley ; 1 tbsp oil.

Process

Add garlic cloves, chillies, bay leaves, salt, paprica, lemon juice in a grinder, add water and make a fine paste. Peri peri sauce is ready. It will act as a marination.
Marinate the chicken pieces.Smoke the marinated pieces with charcoal and oil for 20 mins. Grill or shallow fry the pieces until golden brown texture on them. Decorate with parsley.
Your chicken peri peri is ready.

Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients

Chicken pieces 10 to 12
Oil 3 tsp ; chopped onion 1
Capsicum 1/2 chopped ; curry leaves 9-10
Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp ; water 4 cup
Chillies 3 chopped ; 
Salt, garam masala , chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce.

Process

Take a wok/ cooking pot/ kadhai, add each ingredient as mentioned above except chicken.
Add oil in the heated wok, add chopped onions and capsicum, fry it well but don't let them burn.
Add curry leaves, garam masala, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, chillies and water.
Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Add some vinegar. Our manchurian sauce is ready.
Deep fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown. Add these pieces into the manchurian sauce we made, coat them thoroughly.
Your chicken manchurian is ready.

Chilly Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken 15-20 pieces 
Oil 2 tsp ; onion 1 chopped ; capsicum 1 chopped
Green chillies 2-3 chopped ; water 2 cup
Chilly powder, salt, chicken masala
Soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilly sauce.

Process

Take a wok, add oil, heat the wok, add chopped onion and capsicum, do not let them burn.
Add chopped green chillies, chilly powder, salt, chicken masala. Add water into the wok.
Now add soya sauce, red chilly sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce.
Deep fry the chicken pieces and add them to the above mixture. Coat the pieces thoroughly with the mixture. The difference between chilly chicken and manchurian is that, ginger garlic paste is not used in chilly chicken.
Your chilly chicken is ready.

Chicken 65

Ingredients

Boneless chicken pieces 250g ; Egg yolk 1
Oil 1tbsp ; cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp ; 
Curry leaves 8-10 ; Red chilly paste 1 tbsp ;
Water 2 cup ; garlic paste 1 tsp ; Salt
chilli powder, Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 2tsp ; Corn flour 2 tbsp ; 
Rice flour 1tbsp ; 2 tsp Lemon juice.

Process

Marination
Add ginger paste, chilli powder, garam masala, rice flour, lemon, salt and 1/2 cup water.
Beat the yolk and add it to the mixture.
Add chicken piesces into the marination and marinate them for 20 mins.
Deep fry the marinated chicken until its golden brown.
Sauce
In a wok, add some oil, heat it, add cumin seeds, when crackling starts, add chopped garlic, red chilly paste, fry it well. Add 2-3 slitted green chillies. Add 8 to 10curry leaves. Add some water.
Now add the fried chicken pieces and add corn flour water. Now toss the chicken well and cover it with sauce thoroughly.
Your chicken 65 is ready.
